Jamar Leonard, 38, is accused of shooting 34-year-old Vil near Prospect Street and W. Hanover Avenue around 9:05 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said.
Vil was found with a gunshot wound lying in the street next to a heavily damaged vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:19 a.m.
